The VOSS Form hydraulic pre-assembly device ensures time-saving, process-safe production of the SQR contour. The monitored process in conjunction with optimum guidance of the tube makes faulty forming as a result of incorrect operation virtually impossible.
Processing times are significantly reduced by the simple tool change: clamping jaws and upsetting head can be exchanged without tools. In addition, the clear identification of both tools prevents assembly errors due to incorrect combinations of tools and tube dimensions.
